- Its programs will primarily be through Hindi language.
- Parishad will contribute towards the development and promotion of Hindi.
- Will upgrade the public mental, cultural and social level through cultural and literary programmers.
- Will create brotherhood and enlightenment among members.
- Will Invite important persons and create awareness social consciousness among the society through their discourse and experiences.
- Will promote the feel for national unity.
- Will encourage and extend assistance to arts and artists.
- There shall be no place for exchange of political ideologies and view or any such programs.

Work base
- There will be no discrimination on the case of caste religion or society in the functioning or work of Parishad.
- Every member will be expected to use Hindi language.
- Parishad will not participate in any political programs/functions will welcome/every financial assistance donation, after assistance. toward the fulfillment of above objection.
- Subsidies and assistance fees for fulfillment of above objectives and programs Grants and other financial support will be welcomed.
- The appropriate steps will be taken to strengthen the economic/financial status.
